what if i miss a day?+

will this help my sleep?+
Maybe. We use rest, not sleep, on purpose. Rest is wider and something you can feel right away. Sleep has a hundred other inputs we cannot reach (hormones, kids, partner, season). What we can reach is the system underneath.
is this therapy?+
No. This is a somatic practice you run on your own body. If you're working with a therapist or coach, this sits alongside that work, not on top of it.
